This loft project entailed comprehensively renovating and combining two apartments in a historic cast iron building. The enlarged unit features an exquisite kitchen open to lofty living and dining room spaces that connect to the bedroom suite above by a custom winding walnut stair. A bespoke bronze and glass partition provides privacy to a guest bedroom, with the ability to fold open expanding the living space along the soaring south facing windows. Credits.
